About
This zine will focus on celebrating the ship Rexsoka (yes, that of Captain Rex and one Ahsoka Tano).It is currently in active progress!
In addition, this zine will be a charity zine and the money will be dedicated to a charity that will be announced at a later date.The theme for this zine is Stayin' Alive (hence the title Alive).
For contributors looking for a more solid base to work on, the text prompt is Surviving and Thriving.For those who are not sure what a zine is:
A zine (shortened from magazine) is a collection of contents (writings, artworks) in one book/booklet and is usually a collaborative work. There have been many zines based on various fandoms, from ships, AUs, What-Ifs, slices of life and so on. Depending on the nature of the zines, they are put up for sale and usually, the sales are donated to a selected charity that will be announced by the organizer(s).

This zine is not for profit, and all net proceeds will go to
support The Headstrong Project.
The Headstrong Project is a veteran-founded, non-profit mental health organization providing confidential, barrier-free, and stigma-free PTSD treatment to veterans, service members, and family connected to their care.

Here are the rules regarding this zine.Zine:
This zine is SFW (Safe For Work).
We are keeping this zine as canon-typical angst/safe.
As such, light angst and canon-typical violence are allowed. Hand-holding, hugs, cuddling, kissing, etc. will be permitted, but not anything overtly suggestive.The zine will be in two sections: Non-romantic portrayals and Romantic portrayals. While shipping is inherently romantic, we would like to acknowledge the platonic and queerplatonic aspects of Rex and Ahsoka’s relationship. Their bond is based on a deep friendship, so we would like to give space to non-romantic portrayals of Rex and Ahsoka as well.We would like to emphasise that we will not accept any work in the zine that includes depictions of underage Ahsoka Tano. Canon scenes must be aged up for the zine; Ahsoka must be visibly depicted as an adult.Any fandom discourses will not be allowed in the zine spaces.

Expectations upon acceptance:
> You will be asked to illustrate a minimum of one full page of work.
> You will be given a choice to design merch items, either digital or physical, if you wish to participate!Application Guide:
> You will be required to submit a portfolio of 2-5 works.

--- There must be finished backgrounds in at least one of your samples. It can be simple or as detailed as your heart desires!
--- If you apply as a merch artist, please also send a separate portfolio of your work.

--- Please label the types of merch the designs are intended for in either the file name or in your application.
